One of MGI’s Subject Matter Experts

Paul began his experience delivering MGI programmes in 2014 as an internal trainer employed by Capita PLC, a consulting, transformation and digital services organisation based in the UK. Having extensive experience in delivering MGI programmes under license for Capita to major blue-chip organisations in the UK, he moved into the MGI team working in training delivery, developing new trainers and in the product team.

Paul says he enjoys his work delivering MGI programmes because he is motivated to push others to achieve their personal goals and potential in offering service excellence.
